Dodge Cantera, Warrenville, IL


In March, 2003 Dodge acquired 28.5 acres of land in the Cantera Business Park in Warrenville, IL for the development of a Super Target anchored retail development. After overseeing the entitlement process with the City of Warrenville and the installation of project infrastructure, Dodge sold 19.1 acres to Ryan Companies for the development of a Super Target store with outlots for McDonalds, Chipolte Grill, and Buffalo Wild Wings. On the remaining land, Dodge completed a long term ground lease with Bank of America for a retail branch bank and completed construction on an 18,000 square foot shopping center. Tenants in the center include Starbucks, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Jamba Juice, Go Roma, Supercuts, and the UPS Store. In 2004, Dodge sold off a rear outparcel in this development to a restaurant user and in 2007 Dodge entitled and sold the final parcel for the development of a Hilton Garden Inn.

 

800 Oak Street, Winnetka, IL


In 2006, Dodge was retained by Christ Church to oversee the redevelopment of 800 Oak Street in Winnetka, IL. Dodge managed the design, permitting, leasing and construction for this property. The redevelopment includes installing the Winnetka Animal Hospital (Dr. Kurt Miller), relocation and tenant improvements for another medical practice, and a major redevelopment of the church’s rummage operations in the rear and basement of the building.
