In May, 2005, Dodge acquired a 21.75 acre parcel of commercial land in Cape Coral, FL for the development of an 180,000 square foot shopping center. The center, located at the intersection of Veteran’s Memorial Parkway and Surfside Boulevard, is anchored by a Belk department store and Home Goods. In 2007, Dodge acquired an abandoned office building and house in Kenilworth, IL and over the course of 2008 completely repositioned the property. This 11,976 square foot professional office building was delivered in December, 2008 with the first tenant taking occupancy in July, 2009.

The project was nominated for Redevelopment of the Year for the 2009 Commercial Real Estate Awards in Chicago.
The Eastwood of Evanston, Evanston, IL
The Eastwood, is an approved mixed use development located at 1700 Central Street in Evanston, IL. This project, to be developed jointly with M&R Development, will include 80 luxury rental apartments, 81 parking spaces and approximately 10,500 square feet of retail. The project will commence construction in 2012 with an opening in 2013.
